Why You Should Get Rid of Your Annual Performance Review

If you're someone who is a member of Generation X or older, then you remember the annual performance review. Each year, a significant production was made by the manager who scheduled an appointment with a team member to go through that individual's performance review. I remember it was always quite an "event" and there were pages and pages of reporting, thanks to our human resources departments.
